Baked Broccoli Parmesan Dip

Baked Broccoli Parmesan Dip will be a crowd pleaser at your next gathering. Serve this delicious dip with toasted baguettes or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup seasoned Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Crackers or baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bread crumbs and cook for 3 minutes, until browned and toasted; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, broccoli, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, onion, sour cream, Parmesan, milk, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
  4. Spread broccoli mixture into a 9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese. Place into oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and serve with desired crackers.
