School Lunch Sammies

For school lunches, make a Turkey Snack Wrap or Bagel Ham Sandwich.

Ingredients

  • Turkey Snack Wrap
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 6 slices deli turkey
  • 1/2 romaine heart, chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Bagel Ham Sandwich
  • 2 Tbsp. herb or flavored cream cheese
  • 2 multigrain bagels, split and toasted
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices dill pickle
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 leaves lettuce

Instructions

  1. Turkey Snack Wrap
  2. Spread a layer of mayonnaise and mustard over each tortilla.
  3. Place 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of bacon, 3 slices of turkey, lettuce, tomato and avocado on each tortilla. Roll and fold each tortilla, burrito style. Cut in half and serve with grapes, carrots and hummus on the side.
  4. Bagel Ham Sandwich
  5. Spread cream cheese evenly on each bagel.
  6. Layer half of cheese, ham, pickle, carrot and lettuce on one half of bagel. Top with other half of bagel. Repeat. Cut in half and serve with grapes, carrots and hummus on the side.
