Lasagna Dip

For your next holiday party, make Lasagna Dip! It has all the flavors of a classic lasagna, but takes half the time to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Baguette or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage and onion for 10 minutes, until sausage is cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sausage mixture, cream cheese, ricotta, 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella, marinara, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining
  4. /2 cup Mozzarella.
  5. Bake until warm and brown on top, about 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with baguette or crackers.
