  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Topping

  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel. In a large resealable plastic bag, toss the wings with flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
