Who doesn’t love spinach and artichoke dip? It’s so easy to make and this recipe can be made in a slow cooker or in the oven. This keeps great in the fridge for a few days after making, so it’s a great snack for the kids after school with veggies.

114 oz. jarartichoke heartsdrained and chopped
110 oz. packagefrozen chopped spinachthawed and drained well
1cupsour cream
1/4cupmayonnaise
6oz.cream cheesesoftened
1/4cupParmesan cheese
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
3clovesgarlicminced
2tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2tspsalt
1/4tspblack pepper
1tsphot sauce
Instructions
Blend together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix in the artichokes, spinach, cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Taste and add more salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a small slow cooker and cook on high for 40 minutes, or until all ingredients are melted. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or veggies.
