Spinach Artichoke Dip

Who doesn’t love spinach and artichoke dip? It’s so easy to make and this recipe can be made in a slow cooker or in the oven. This keeps great in the fridge for a few days after making, so it’s a great snack for the kids after school with veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. jar artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained well
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  • Blend together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix in the artichokes, spinach, cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Taste and add more salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a small slow cooker and cook on high for 40 minutes, or until all ingredients are melted. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or veggies.

Notes

* You can also bake in a small casserole dish at 350° for 30 minutes.
