Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • whole black peppercorns
  • 1 baby carrot
  • crackers for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, grated onion, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Divide the cream cheese mixture into two balls, using two-thirds of the mixture to form a larger ball and use the other ⅓ to form a smaller ball. Roll the two cheese balls in shredded parmesan cheese. Place the larger ball on a serving plate and place the smaller cheese ball onto the larger cheese ball. Press peppercorns into the top part of the cheese ball to create a mouth and eyes. Cut off the tip of a baby carrot into a point and press it into the cheese ball to make a nose. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
