Pasta, tomatoes and feta are a great combo for an easy dinner. It almost seems too simple to be a good as it is!

Ingredients
1lbpastachoose your favorite pasta and cook according to package directions
2pintscherry tomatoes
8ozFeta cheese
1/2cupolive oil
1/4tspsalt
1/4tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/4tspred pepper flakesoptional
1/4tspItalian seasoningoptional
2cloves garlicfinely chopped
1/4cupfresh basilchopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Add Feta to the center of a baking dish and add tomatoes around the cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes and cheese. Add salt, pepper, tomatoes, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning and garlic, stir until tomatoes are coated.
Bake for 30 minutes, until cheese is browned and tomatoes are blistered and split. Break tomatoes with a spatula to create a sauce and add pasta; stir well. Garnish with basil.
You can make your own variation by using goat cheese or cream cheese instead of Feta. You can also add cooked chicken or shrimp to the finished dish for a complete meal.
