Slow cookers are a great way to get a delicious and balanced dinner on the table in between work and the kids activities. Ribs are a favorite, and what better way to have them than with gravy!

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Country-style pork ribs
  • 3/4 tsp seasoned salt divided
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper divided
  • 1 lb potatoes (Idaho, red or yellow) halved or quartered
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 4 celery ribs cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 10.75 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Sprinkle ribs with ½ tsp. salt and ½ tsp. pepper; transfer to a slow cooker
  • Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, broth, paprika and garlic.
  • Cook, covered, on low until meat and vegetables are tender, 6-8 hours.
  • Remove meat and vegetables; skim fat from cooking juices.
  • Whisk soup into cooking juices; return meat and vegetables to slow cooker.
  • Cook, covered, until heated through,15-30 minutes longer.
