Ingredients
3lbsCountry-style pork ribs
3/4tspseasoned saltdivided
1/2tspfreshly ground black pepperdivided
1lbpotatoes(Idaho, red or yellow) halved or quartered
1cupbaby carrots
4celery ribscut into 1-inch pieces
1medium onioncoarsely chopped
1/2cupchicken broth
1/2tsppaprika
2clovesgarlicminced
10.75ozcondensed cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
Sprinkle ribs with ½ tsp. salt and ½ tsp. pepper; transfer to a slow cooker
Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, broth, paprika and garlic.
Cook, covered, on low until meat and vegetables are tender, 6-8 hours.
Remove meat and vegetables; skim fat from cooking juices.
Whisk soup into cooking juices; return meat and vegetables to slow cooker.
Cook, covered, until heated through,15-30 minutes longer.
