Ingredients
4Sparkle hoagie or hot dog buns
1lbcooked shrimpchopped
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/2tspDijon mustard
1/2cupceleryfinely chopped
1tspdillfinely chopped
1tsplemon zest
1tsplemon juice
1/4tspseafood seasoning
1/4tspsalt
1/4tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4cupchiveschopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together shrimp, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until shrimp is well coated with the mayonnaise mixture.
Fill each hot dog bun with an equal amount of shrimp mixture and top with chives. If you prefer, you may toast or grill lightly buttered hot dog buns before filling.
