Ingredients
1headcauliflowerbroken into florets
2tspsalt
3eggsbeaten
1cupseasoned bread crumbs
1cupseasoned Panko bread crumbs
cooking oilfor frying
Instructions
In a large pot of boiling water, cook cauliflower until cooked through, but still firm.
In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and Panko bread crumbs and in a separate bowl, beat eggs. Season cauliflower with plenty of salt, dip into egg, then into bread crumbs.
Fry cauliflower in hot oil until nicely browned. Drain on paper towels and season with salt again, if desired.
