Mini Christmas Tree Pizzas
Looking for activities to do with the kids while they’re on Christmas break? Not only are these mini Christmas tree pizzas delicious and easy, but they can be customized with whatever topping you’d like – making for a great lunch over break or a nice appetizer for your holiday spread.
Equipment
- Tree cookie cutter
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- pepperoni, chopped red and green peppers, and sliced olives for toppings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º. Roll out pizza dough and use cookie cutter to cutout trees. Place trees on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Brush with pizza sauce and then top with cheese and your choice of toppings to make the “ornaments.”
- Bake for 10 minutes until dough is cooked and browned.
