Megan has an easy casserole in the Sparkle Eats kitchen this week that's perfect to use up any left over chicken you may have from grilling out (or using a super market shortcut with an already prepared rotisserie chicken from your local Sparkle), plus using some staple items you most likely already have in your pantry. The whole family is going to love this one!
