Ingredients
1/2cupchopped red onion
2cupscooked and shredded chicken breast
8ozpackage cream cheesesoftened
3/4cupbarbecue sauce
1/2cupranch dressing
1tbsphot sauce
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
chopped green onions for toppingoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a small skillet, sauté red onion in olive oil until translucent. In a mixing bowl combine cooked onion, chicken, cream cheese, barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, hot sauce and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Pour mixture into a 8×8-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Top with green onions, if desired.
