Caramel Apple Dip

This recipe goes together in 5 minutes and can be made ahead of time to save you a little time on Thanksgiving. It can be served as an appetizer or a dessert.

Equipment

  • hand mixer or stand mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup crushed toffee bars
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed peanuts
  • 3-4 tart apples or graham crackers

Instructions

  • Using an electric hand mixer, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until fully combined.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture into a shallow dish or bowl. Add caramel sauce and top with crushed toffee bars and peanuts.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with slice apples and/or graham crackers.
