The kielbasa gets nice and crispy in the skillet and the mustard sauce drizzled overtop gives this dish a nice and very different flavor to the traditional pork and kraut recipe you're probably used to.

Ingredients
2lbssmoked Polska kielbasacut in half and then into 3-inch pieces
2tbspbutter
3tbspsugar
1onionsliced
3cupssauerkrautdrained
1/4cupyellow mustard
1/4cupDijon mustard
1/4cuphoney
1/2tspcayenne pepper
1tbspprepared horseradish
1/4tspsalt
1/4tspfreshly ground black pepper
3tbspfreshly chopped parsley
Instructions
Cook kielbasa pieces in a large skillet for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, turning frequently until browned; transfer to a plate. In the same skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and sugar. Allow sugar to cook to a golden brown color. Add onions and cook until caramelized. Stir in sauerkraut and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until onions and sauerkraut are wilted and colored. Add kielbasa to the skillet and toss together until warm.
In a small bowl, mix mustards, honey, cayenne, horseradish, salt and pepper until well combined. Transfer kielbasa and sauerkraut to a platter, garnish with parsley and serve with honey mustard sauce.
