We love a good casserole dish, and even better is one made in the slow cooker. This recipe has all of the classic flavors of chicken cordon bleu without all of the extra work. Just add the ingredients, set it to cook and go about your day until dinner time.

10.5ozcan cream of chicken soup
1/4cupheavy cream
1/2tsporegano
1/2tspfreshly ground black pepperdivided
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/2tspsalt
2lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2lbthin sliced ham
8slicesSwiss cheese
6ozpackage chicken stuffing mix
1/3cupbuttermelted
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, oregano, ΒΌ tsp pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and remaining pepper and place in an even layer to the bottom of your slow cooker. Add ham in an even layer over the chicken. Add Swiss cheese in an even layer over the ham. Pour the soup mixture over everything and spread it out evenly. Top everything off with the stuffing mix and then pour the butter evenly over the stuffing.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. Serve with a side salad or some vegetables for a balanced meal.
