Ingredients
6everything bagelscut into 1-inch cubes
1lbkielbasa or cooked hamdiced
2cupsshredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
8ozpackage cream cheesecut into 1-inch cubes
8eggs
2cupsmilk or half and half
1/2tspsalt
1/4tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/3cupchopped chives
Instructions
Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Add half of the bagel cubes. Sprinkle with half of the kielbasa, half the cheese and half the cream cheese. Repeat with another layer of remaining ingredients.
In a bowl combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until combined. Pour egg mixture over bagels. Cover casserole dish and place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
Cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool before serving. Garnish with chives.
