Ham and Turkey Panini

This isn’t just a regular sandwich! Try this ham and turkey panini is a simple and quick lunch or dinner. We’re trying out a new trick to make it extra tasty and crispy, using ingredients from Sparkle Markets.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb deli fresh store baked ham
  • 1/4 lb sliced deli turkey
  • 1/4 lb sliced hard salami
  • 1/2 lb provolone cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise divided
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 loaf fresh Italian bread sliced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, mustard and honey.
  • Lay out four slices of bread on a cutting board. Spread each piece of bread with mayonnaise mixture.
  • Build each sandwich by layering the bottom half of the loaf with half of the provolone, followed by the ham, turkey, salami and a second piece remaining provolone. Top with sliced tomato. Cover with another piece of bread.
  • Spread both sides of the sandwich with remaining mayonnaise and place into a grill pan or panini press for 4 to 5 minutes. If using a grill pan, press down with a spatula and flip half way through.
