This isn’t just a regular sandwich! Try this ham and turkey panini is a simple and quick lunch or dinner. We’re trying out a new trick to make it extra tasty and crispy, using ingredients from Sparkle Markets.

Ingredients
1/4lbdeli fresh store baked ham
1/4lbsliced deli turkey
1/4lbsliced hard salami
1/2lbprovolone cheese
2Roma tomatoessliced
1/4cupmayonnaisedivided
1tbspDijon mustard
1tsphoney
1loaf fresh Italian breadsliced
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, mustard and honey.
Lay out four slices of bread on a cutting board. Spread each piece of bread with mayonnaise mixture.
Build each sandwich by layering the bottom half of the loaf with half of the provolone, followed by the ham, turkey, salami and a second piece remaining provolone. Top with sliced tomato. Cover with another piece of bread.
Spread both sides of the sandwich with remaining mayonnaise and place into a grill pan or panini press for 4 to 5 minutes. If using a grill pan, press down with a spatula and flip half way through.
