Ham And Turkey Panini

This isn’t just a regular sandwich! Try this ham and turkey panini is a simple and quick lunch or dinner. We’re trying out a new trick to make it extra tasty and crispy, using ingredients from Sparkle Markets.

For this quick and easy recipe you will need, 1/4 lb deli fresh store baked ham, 1/4 lb sliced deli turkey, 1/4 lb sliced hard salami, 1/2 lb provolone cheese, 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, divided, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 loaf fresh Italian bread, sliced.

In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp mayonnaise, mustard, and honey. Lay out four slices of bread on a cutting board. spread each piece of bread with mayonnaise mixture. Build each sandwich by layering the bottom half of the loaf with half of the provolone, followed by the ham, turkey, salami, and a second piece of the remaining provolone. Top with sliced tomato. Cover with another piece of bread. Spread both sides of the sandwich with remaining mayonnaise and place into a grill pan or panini press for 4 to 5 minutes. If using a grill pan, press down with a spatula and flip half way through.
