Ingredients
1stick buttersoftened
8ozpackage cream cheesesoftened
1egg
1tspvanilla extract
16.25ozwhite cake mix
1/2cupred and green sprinklesdivided
3/4cupwhite chocolate chips
1/3cupconfectioner's sugar
Instructions
Cream together butter and the cream cheese. Add egg and vanilla and beat just until combined. Beat in the cake mix until well blended. Stir in ¼ cup sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a small bowl, mix remaining sprinkles with confectioner’s sugar.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and roll into a 1-inch ball and roll in confectioner’s sugar mixture until completely covered. Place about 2 inches apart a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, then allow to sit on the sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
