Ingredients
6ozpacket Italian dressing mix
1tspsmoked paprika
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tspItalian seasoning
2tbspParmesan cheesegrated
1/4tspsalt
1/4tspfreshly ground black pepper
6sliced quarter loin pork chops
3tbspolive oil
4-5Idaho potatoespeeled and chopped into 1-inch pieces
1lbbag baby carrots
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a small bowl, combine dressing mix, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle seasoning over both sides of each pork chop and place on a baking sheet lined with foil and coated with nonstick cooking spray. Repeat with remaining pork chops.
Add the potatoes and carrots to the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining spice mixture. Toss lightly to mix together. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until pork chops are fully cooked.
