Ingredients

Sausage Stuffing Balls

  • 1 lb Sparkle Sausage
  • 1/2 cup onions finely minced
  • 2 celery stalks finely minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 box stuffing mix (unprepared) OR
  • 2 1/2 cups leftover prepared stuffing
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Cranberry Dipping Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups leftover cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • pinch of Kosher salt

Instructions

Sausage Stuffing Ball Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375º.
  • Brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and celery to skillet and continue to cook until vegetables are soft and onions are translucent. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add stuffing mix, cranberries, cheese and cranberries and stir. Mix in eggs and chicken broth.
  • Start forming your mixture into meatball-sized balls. Place each stuffing ball onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and bake for 15 to 20minutes, or until brown, then serve with toothpicks.

Cranberry Dipping Sauce Instructions

  • Combine cranberry sauce, orange juice and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until thinned out a bit and completely combined and serve with sausage balls.
