Ingredients
Sausage Stuffing Balls
1lbSparkle Sausage
1/2cuponionsfinely minced
2celery stalksfinely minced
1/2cupshredded Cheddar cheese
1/3cupdried cranberrieschopped
1boxstuffing mix (unprepared) OR
2 1/2cupsleftover prepared stuffing
2eggsbeaten
1cupchicken broth
Cranberry Dipping Sauce
1 1/2cupsleftover cranberry sauce
1/4cuporange juice
pinch of Kosher salt

Sausage Stuffing Ball Instructions
Preheat oven to 375º.
Brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and celery to skillet and continue to cook until vegetables are soft and onions are translucent. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add stuffing mix, cranberries, cheese and cranberries and stir. Mix in eggs and chicken broth.
Start forming your mixture into meatball-sized balls. Place each stuffing ball onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and bake for 15 to 20minutes, or until brown, then serve with toothpicks.
Cranberry Dipping Sauce Instructions
Combine cranberry sauce, orange juice and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until thinned out a bit and completely combined and serve with sausage balls.
