What you will need is 1 pound of Sparkle sausage, 1/2 of a cup of finely minced onions, 2 stalks of finely minced celery, 1/2 of a cup of shredded Cheddar cheese, 1/3 of a cup of chopped dried cranberries, 1 box of stuffing mix (unprepared) or 2 and a 1/2 cups of leftover prepared stuffing, 2 beaten eggs, 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 and a 1/2 cups of leftover cranberry sauce, 1/4 of a cup of orange juice, and a pinch of Kosher salt.

To start, preheat your oven to 375Āŗ. Brown your sausage in large skillet over medium heat. Place each stuffing ball onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until brown, then serve with toothpicks.

For the sauce, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice and salt in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until thinned out a bit and completely combined and serve with sausage balls as a dipping sauce.
