1lbjumbo raw shrimppeeled and deveined
1/2cupbuttermilk
3/4cupcornstarch
1cupPanko bread crumbs
Bang Bang Sauce
1/3cupmayonnaise
1tspSriracha sauce
1/4cupsweet chili sauce

Instructions
Start by preheating your air fryer to 400º for about 3 minutes. Coat shrimp in cornstarch, then dip it in buttermilk, and finally dip shrimp in bread crumbs. Transfer shrimp to air fryer that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray (making sure they don’t touch each other) and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, flip shrimp over and brush or spray a little bit of oil on the top, then cook again for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
While the shrimp is cooking, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, chili sauce and garlic. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Drizzle sauce over cooked shrimp, or place in a bowl for dipping.
