This week, we're giving you a different recipe using pork chops, rice and lots of cheesy goodness overtop that the kids are sure to love as well. And what's best of all is it's done in under thirty minutes, which is perfect for those busy week nights we all seem to have.

Ingredients
4boneless pork chopsabout 1-inch thick
1/2tspseasoned salt
1/2tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/2tspgarlic powder
1tbspvegetable oil
2cupscooked rice
10.75ozcan cream of celery soup
1/2cupmilk
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1cupFrench fried onions
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 375ยบ. Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until starting to brown.
Spread rice in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Place pork chops overtop of the rice. In a bowl, mix together cream of celery soup, milk and sour cream. Pour over the pork chops. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top pork chops with shredded cheeses and French fried onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
