Ingredients
12ozpackage wonton wrappers
8ozcream cheesesoftened
6ozcanned crab meatdrained and flaked
1/2tspgarlic powder
1tspWorcestershire sauce
1tspsoy sauce
1/2tsppowdered sugaroptional
1/2tsphot sauce
3green onionschopped and divided
sweet and sour or duck saucefor dipping
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 350º. Lightly spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup and lightly spritz with additional cooking spray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, powdered sugar, hot sauce and half of the green onions. Divide mixture amongst wonton cups and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes or until filling is heated through.
Remove from oven and top with remaining green onions. Serve immediately with dipping sauce of choice.
