Can you believe it’s time for the kids to go back to school? Mornings are always busy and hectic, so make them a little easier by making this filling breakfast pizza for an easy breakfast. It can be made ahead of time and heated in the morning. You can always make your own dough, but to cut down on prep time, grab a prepared crust from your local Sparkle’s bakery.

Ingredients
1large prepared pizza crust
1cupnacho cheese sauce
2tbspbutter
6large eggs
2tbspmilk
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/2lbSparkle sausagecooked
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450º. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a medium pan with butter, scramble eggs until set, then remove from heat.
Cover the pizza crust with cheese sauce. Add scrambled eggs, sausage mozzarella and cheddar cheese overtop.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and starts to brown, then cut into slices and serve.
