It can be made ahead of time and heated in the morning. You can always make your own dough, but to cut down on prep time, grab a prepared crust from your local Sparkle’s bakery.

Let’s get started with one large prepared pizza crust, one cup of nacho cheese sauce, two tablespoons of butter, six large eggs, two tablespoons of milk, half of a teaspoon of salt, half of a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, half of a pound of cooked Sparkle sausage, one cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and one cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

Preheat your oven to 450º. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a medium pan with butter, scramble eggs until set, then remove from heat. Cover the pizza crust with cheese sauce. Add scrambled eggs, sausage mozzarella and cheddar cheese overtop. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and starts to brown, then cut into slices and serve.
