This Thanksgiving, we’re combining two classic and favorite side dishes. Green Bean Potato Casserole is easy to put together and is topped with a crunchy bread crumb topping. This dish is sure to impress guests!

Ingredients
1onionchopped
3potatoespeeled, cooked and mashed
10.5oz.green beanscooked
2eggs
1/3cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/2tsp.Italian seasoning
1/2tsp.salt
1/2tsp.freshly ground black pepper
1/4cupbread crumbs
2Tbsp.buttercubed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium pan over medium heat, cook onion until soft. Transfer to a large bowl. Add mashed potatoes and green beans.
In a small bowl, combine eggs, cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour overtop bean mixture and toss to combine.
Transfer to a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top evenly with bread crumbs and butter. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes.
