4lbbeef chuck roast
1tspsalt
1/2tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/2tspgarlic powder
12ozjar chili sauce
12ozcan cola
3tbspdried minced onion
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
1tbsphot sauce
slider buns and sliced dill picklesfor serving
Pasta Salad
1lbbox medium shell pastacooked according to package directions
5hard-boiled eggspeeled and chopped
1cupcelerychopped
1/2cupsweet onionchopped
2ozjar pimentosdrained
3/4cupgreen pepperchopped
1 1/2cupsmayonnaise
1/2cupsour cream
1tbspyellow mustard
3tspapple cider vinegar
3tbspsweet pickle relish
1/2tsppaprika
1/4tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/2tspcelery salt
1/4tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Pulled Beef Sliders
Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place roast in a slow cooker and dd remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8hours. Shred beef and serve on slider buns with pickles.
Pasta Salad
In a large bowl mix pasta, eggs, onion, pimentos, celery and green pepper.In another bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, relish, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, celery sat and garlic powder. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the pasta and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
