Baked Pancakes
Take a tried-and-true breakfast classic, the pancake, and make it even easier to make with this recipe for Baked Pancakes.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Add sugar, then gradually beat in flour, baking powder and salt. Pour batter into a prepared 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
