Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 8 oz package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic paste
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- Crackers
Directions
- In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Cheddar cheese, onion powder and garlic paste.
Mix until incorporated nicely. - Fold in dried cranberries. Form mixture into a ball and tightly wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate cheese ball for one hour. Roll in the pecans and serve with crackers.
