Fried Dill Pickles
This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 12 sandwich sliced dill pickles
- Oil for frying
- 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Mix four, milk, baking powder, egg, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and dill until combined. Dab pickle slices on paper towels to dry them. Place bread crumbs in a small bowl. Dip each pickle slice in egg batter and then gently toss in bread crumbs, let sit for a minute.
- Fry in oil in small batches for 3 to 4 minutes or until brown and crispy. Serve with ranch dressing.
