Tuscan Ravioli with Garlic Bread

This dish will impress your family or guests. Tuscan ravioli makes an elegant dish! Pair this meal with garlic bread and white wine.

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) package refrigerated four-cheese ravioli
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced thick
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, pour Alfredo sauce into a medium saucepan. Pour wine into the sauce jar, cover tightly and shake well. Stir wine mixture into saucepan. Stir in tomatoes and basil, and cook over medium-low heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Toss with pasta and top with 1/3 cup cheese.
  3. Place slices of bread on a baking sheet. Spread butter on bread. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried parsley and remaining cheese overtop. Place in oven under broiler for 5 to 7 minutes, until bread is golden brown. Serve with pasta.
