Corn Dog Muffins
Simply combine cornbread mix and hot dogs to make Corn Dog Muffins! These make a great appetizer for parties or tailgates.
Ingredients
- 2 (8.5 oz.) packages cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 9 hot dogs, cut in bite size pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Fold eggs and cheese into cornbread mix until moistened. Mix in hot dogs bites. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins until 2/3 full. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
