Four Bean Bake
With Father’s Day coming up we have two dishes that dad will absolutely love. Four Bean Bake has all of dad’s favorite ingredients in one dish!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 lb. maple link sausage
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can green beans, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1 (18 oz.) bottle honey barbeque sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat cook bacon until crispy. Set aside to cool and crumble. Cook sausage until cooked through and cut into bite-size pieces.
- In a large bowl combine bacon, sausage, beans, ketchup, barbeque sauce, mustard, vinegar and sugars. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake for 4 hours.
