No-Bake Coffee Cheesecakes
Need to whip up a dessert in little time? Make No-Bake Coffee Cheesecakes, topped with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 instant coffee packet
- 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
- Whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter and salt. Divide mixture among four glass jars and press down.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and instant coffee, then blend. With a spatula, carefully fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture evenly among jars.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, then serve.
