Zesty Snack Mix

• 3 Tbsp. butter, melted in a large bowl
• 9 cups rice chex cereal
• 2 cups pretzels
• 2 cups Cheddar cheese crackers
• 1 cup peanuts
• 1 (1 oz.) package Ranch dressing seasoning mix
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. In large bowl with melted butter, add rice chex cereal, pretzels, Cheddar crackers and peanuts. Stir until evenly coated. Add Ranch seasoning and Parmesan. Toss until evenly coated.
2. Microwave mixture for 3 minutes, stirring each minute. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with wax paper and let cool 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
