Snowman Cheeseball
This snowman cheeseball is almost too cute to eat. The perfect appetizer for a holiday party or your Christmas or New Year get-together, you can serve this with your favorite cracker and really go crazy on the decoration. You can use roasted red peppers for a scarf or fresh rosemary sprigs for “trees.”
To make this adorable snowman cheeseball, you’ll need two 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened, 2 cups of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, 2 Tablespoons of grated onion, 4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. To decorate your snowman, you’ll need whole black peppercorns, 1 baby carrot, and crackers for serving.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, grated onion, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Divide the cream cheese mixture into two balls, using two-thirds of the mixture to form a larger ball and use the other ⅓ to form a smaller ball. Roll the two cheese balls in shredded parmesan cheese. Place the larger ball on a serving plate and place the smaller cheese ball onto the larger cheese ball. Press peppercorns into the top part of the cheese ball to create a mouth and eyes. Cut off the tip of a baby carrot into a point and press it into the cheese ball to make a nose. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
