Pumpkin Pie Sticks
For those of you that just can’t get enough pumpkin spice this fall, try our recipe for Pumpkin Pie Sticks!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 pie crusts
- 1 egg, whisked with 1 tsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
- Caramel sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Set aside.
- On a floured work surface, roll out one pie crust. Spread pumpkin mixture evenly, leaving a 1/4” border. Place second pie crust on top and brush with egg wash. Top with cinnamon sugar.
- Slice in half and then into 1-inch strips. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve with warm caramel sauce.
