Baked Pancakes

Take a tried-and-true breakfast classic, the pancake, and make it even easier to make with this recipe for Baked Pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Add sugar, then gradually beat in flour, baking powder and salt. Pour batter into a prepared 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
