Cheddar Bacon Meatballs

Cheddar Bacon Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • Barbecue sauce or dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil sprayed with nonstick spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix together thoroughly. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once. Serve with barbecue sauce.
