Cheddar Bacon Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 eggs
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Barbecue sauce or dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil sprayed with nonstick spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix together thoroughly. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once. Serve with barbecue sauce.
