Chocolate Chip Coconut Bars
The kids will love these chocolate chip coconut bars! They’re delicious and the recipe only calls for a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 3 cups finely ground graham crackers
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white or peanut butter chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- In a large bowl mix graham crackers, brown sugar, vanilla and butter until combined. Evenly press onto bottom and up sides of a 10×15-inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
- Sprinkle cooled crust with walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk over top, spreading to cover. Sprinkle with coconut.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until coconut is toasted. Transfer to wire rack, let cool and cut into bars.
