Yogurt Dill Dip
Serve with your favorite veggies or chips.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
