Penguin Pepperoni Roll

Ingredients
- 1 package prepared dough
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Crisco butter flavor all-vegetable shortening
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Roll dough on a lightly greased, large baking sheet. Sprinkle with basil, onion powder, garlic powder and oregano. Layer with pepperoni and top with cheese. Roll dough to seal edges. Spread a layer of shortening overtop.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into bite sized pieces to serve.
