Mushroom Pasta with Goat Cheese
Mushroom Pasta with Goat Cheese is a different and eloquent pasta dish for two. There’s also leftover white wine in this recipe for you and your loved one to share.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. farfalle pasta
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 (12 oz.) cartons sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 oz. goat cheese
- 2 cups chopped spinach
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown and soft, about 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in garlic, white wine, whipping cream and salt.
- In a large pot, toss pasta and mushroom sauce together. Add broth, as needed. Stir in cheeses and spinach.
