Touchdown Cheeseburgers
What makes this burger recipe so special? These Touchdown Cheeseburgers are topped with a special, zesty sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, grated
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp. relish
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add beef, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Using you hands, gently mix together. Shape into 4 thin patties. Place patties on a grill or skillet and cook until no longer pink on the inside, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Place cheese on each burger, cook until melted. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard and paprika in a bowl. Spread sauce on each bun and top with patty, lettuce, tomato and onion.
