Honey Apricot Goat Cheese

Honey Apricot Goat Cheese will be a crowd-pleaser. Serve this cheese log with fresh apple slices, pear slices or your favorite crackers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. goat cheese or cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/3 cup chopped roasted and salted almonds
  • 5 dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped basil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • Apples or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread preserves on a serving plate. In a bowl, mix almonds, apricots and basil together. Roll cheese in apricot mixture, pressing gently to coat. Set cheese log on preserves and surround with crackers and fresh fruit. Drizzle with honey.
