Beer Tiramisu
And for dessert, make Beer Tiramisu. It substitutes the usual coffee with stout and is served in single-serving dishes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup stout
- 9 ladyfingers
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cheese and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- In a stand mixer, whip whipping cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form, about 2 to 3 minutes. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Pour stout into a shallow bowl. Dip ladyfingers into stout, coating both sides.
- Line four small serving dishes with ladyfingers. Add a layer of mascarpone, then dust with cocoa powder. Continue layering until each cup is full. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
