Pumpkin Pie Sticks

For those of you that just can’t get enough pumpkin spice this fall, try our recipe for Pumpkin Pie Sticks!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 egg, whisked with 1 tsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
  • Caramel sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. On a floured work surface, roll out one pie crust. Spread pumpkin mixture evenly, leaving a 1/4” border. Place second pie crust on top and brush with egg wash. Top with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Slice in half and then into 1-inch strips. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve with warm caramel sauce.
